Our little soap star

This morning in our rush to head off to nursery Master A forgot to pick up his hi-vis jacket.  Hi-vis jacket I hear you ask......  Well has taken to wearing it to nursery so that he can show the schools site manager and caretakers (they wear them).  Anyway knowing that I was going to pop home to get changed into my walking gear (it was supposed to drizzle) on my way to pick them up I said to him that I would bring it then.

Well as we headed through the doors of nursery, Tony, the site manager saw us and Master A shouted,

"Tony, I forgot my hi-vis.  But don't worry mummy will get it later when she gets changed into her treaousers".

To my horror, he sounded like he was a regular in Eastenders.  I glared at him and said that I thought he meant trousers.  Tony laughed and replied, "Whoops sorry, sounds like he has been spending too much time with me".

It did make me chuckle though. 

Just to clarify, Tony the Site Manager is Master As idol.  He lets Master A watch and help when it is safe and Master A finds jobs for him.  I think it is great for a chap who has the responsibility for a large school, arts centre, local theatre etc all under his remit!
